One of the last sections of the storied Clements family ranch in Kaufman County is lined up for development. Developers have filed plans with the City of Dallas to build a 950-home residential community on almost 260 acres that for decades was owned by the family of the late Texas Governor William Clements.
Developer picks up 903 acres in Kaufman County
Wildcat Ranch, located in Kaufman County and coming in at 903 acres, has been purchased by “an affiliation of several experienced development and investment professionals.”
